Q: How much will I earn?
A: Working as a SEND consultant, you will earn 50% on your first permanent placement made within a month, followed by 70% for your second placement; 80% for your 3rd placement and 100% for your 4th placement and above (monthly basis).
. You will also earn 55% of all margin-generated placing contract and interim staff. More than that though, working with SEND Resourcing is all about achieving your perfect work/life balance and as an experienced recruiter, you know how much of your time is wasted in an office environment.

A: SEND Resourcing Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of Allens Accountants Ltd, which has been in business since 1973. All the back office, financial and corporate governance will be handled by Allens, leaving you to concentrate on making placements.
Q: Is the SEND Resourcing proposal good for everyone?
A: No, you must be an experienced recruiter and have the ability to make placements and develop relationships on a consistent basis. The only target for you to achieve is your perfect work/life balance.

A: You choose your own working hours. SEND Resourcing’s entire ethos is about work/life balance. Obviously you need to earn income, but you choose when you work and where you work from. Everything else is taken care of by us.
